Fighting over money, fading desire, infidelity, grief, anxiety, loneliness or career changes are experience by many. I created my blog to share with you how you can overcome the troubles life brings your way.

Loneliness

Loneliness is often described as a kind of inner restlessness ... a dissatisfaction in one’s heart. Loneliness is not just about being alone. It’s a feeling that you’re just not  a part of anything.

The face of loneliness I see in my practice is often that of apathy, depression or addiction, as people try to distract themselves from their anguish and inner emptiness. Often, they have stopped crying.

When we realize no one cares, we no longer cry. Crying takes too much energy. We cry only when we are still hopeful that we may be heard by someone.

In my work, I attempt to create a space where one can hope to be heard.
